SPRING AND FALL SEASON ADVENTURES - 2008!
All scheduled trips require of minimum of 4 full price participants. Length of time for day trips is approximate. All prices subject to 6%Idaho Sales Tax and 3% U S Forest Service User Fee where applicable. Tour Operator and Travel Agents: All established operators are commissioned 10% from fees not including state taxes and U.S. Forest Service User Fees. TRIP RESERVATIONS A Deposit of 25% of the total package is required to hold the reservation date. Total balance is due 60 days prior to the trip start date. If cancellation is necessary prior to 60 days, a $100 administrative fee will be retained, or deposit may be applied toward future trips at a later date not to exceed the following season. For cancellations 60 to 31 days before departure, 50% of your trip fees will be refunded. For cancellations 30 days or less before departure, no monies are refundable. We reserve the right to review cancellations. Trips canceled due to weather, backcountry conditions, or lack of sufficient bookings, receive full refunds. Trip "no-shows" or partial credits for unused services howsoever caused, will not receive a refund. Other dates may be arranged by special request. Group size must be 6 or more. *Licensed llama packers through High Country Outfitters, LLC which hold Forest Service Special Use Permits. ** Licensed llama packers through White Cloud Outfitters which hold Forest Service Special Use Permits.
