NW Oregon multi-sport adventure will focus on Astoria, the oldest American town west of the Mississippi and farthest 
Western destination of the Lewis and Clark "Corps of Discovery Expedition".
We're based out of Clementine's Bed and Breakfast centrally located in this early American port town.
Our travels will take us on hikes through old growth Sitka Spruce forests, kayaking to protected islands harboring rarely seen wildlife, biking along backcountry roads following a classic Oregon river, and to Saddle Mountain with unique glacial flora and spectacular mountain views.

Each night will be spent in one of the oldest Victorian homes in Astoria, every morning wake up to the warm hospitality of Clementine's and one of the deliciously prepared breakfasts.  Great lunches are provided for the daily trips, and in the evening you are free to dine at the best select restaurants of the area.
You are welcome to come early and stay late at Clementine's!
SUN VALLEY ADVENTURES

Discover the spectacular mountain ranges surrounding Sun Valley area and enjoy this unique adventure vacation. Venture Outdoors combines 4 exciting activities including biking historic routes, hiking through jagged peaks, sea kayaking at the base of a mountain range, and hiking with llamas to crystal clear lakes for a delicious lunch.
Each day we'll explore a different direction from Sun Valley to experience the full measure of this alpine paradise. Each night stay in great lodging, the evenings and mornings dine at the best of the 45 plus restaurants in the Wood River Valley. Ride full suspension mountain bikes and hike in the many mountain ranges surrounding Sun Valley and the headwaters of the Salmon River.
Lead gentle llamas to high mountain lakes. Sea kayak through great bird watching waters and towering lichen colored walls.
We provide equipment, transportation, instruction, meals, and lodging for these guided adventures.
